Come and join us for an eggciting Easter-themed Children and Young People’s Zoom session on Monday 13th April at 5:30pm (BST - UK Time).

We will be joined by Tilly, who will be leading the session where we will be doing Easter activities such as arts and crafts and a scavenger hunt. Make sure you register for a fun-filled session and be ready to get crafty. As usual we will have plenty of time to have informal chats.

Stargardt's Connected

Join us on Saturday 11th April at 12pm (BST - UK time) for our next Community Zoom session.

For this session, we will be joined by Chantelle O’Hagan from Blind in Business giving an overview of their organisation and the support they provide, as well as information around access to work and adjustments. This will be followed by Chris and Jess, who both have Stargardt’s, where they will discuss their career journeys.

In the second part, we will have our usual breakout sessions where you’ll have the opportunity to speak to others in smaller groups and share your experiences.

Stargardt's Connected

We’re incredibly grateful to share that our wonderful supporter, India, will be running the Rome Marathon on March 21st to raise funds for Stargardt’s Connected.

India is taking on this challenge in honour of Rose (photographed), who was diagnosed with Stargardt’s disease at just eight years old.

This marathon also marks India’s return to running after maternity leave, a challenge in itself, but she’s determined to cross that finish line with Rose and families like hers in mind every step of the way.

We’re so thankful for your commitment, courage and generosity India and we wish you the very best of luck.
